Care & Maintenance
Handling:
Handle your wig with clean hands to avoid transferring oils, dirt, or other substances. Gently hold the wig from the base or cap when putting it on or removing it.
Brushing and Styling:
Use a wide-toothed comb or a wig brush specifically designed for human hair wigs to gently detangle your wig. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid causing damage or excessive shedding.
Washing:
Use a mild shampoo and conditioner suitable for human hair. Avoid rubbing or twisting the wig during washing, and allow it to air dry on a wig stand or a non-metallic drying rack to maintain its shape.
Storage:
When not wearing your wig, store it on a wig stand or a wig hanger to help preserve its shape and prevent tangling.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and confirmed on our website, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but aim to process and ship orders promptly.
